加拿大央行首次就美歐銀行動盪置評，稱準備好在市場面臨極端壓力時幹預
加拿大央行週三表示，如果銀行系統面臨嚴重壓力，已準備好進行幹預並提供支持，但只在極端情況下才會提供非常規流動性，同時尋求降低道德風險。加拿大央行副總裁格拉韋爾(Toni Gravelle)在蒙特利爾對金融服務專業人士發言時還表示，央行的量化緊縮計劃將在2025年上半年前完成。格拉韋爾表示，央行促進金融系統穩定的任務意味著我們已經準備好在整個市場出現嚴重壓力時採取行動，為金融系統提供流動性支持。這是加拿大央行首次對美國和歐洲的銀行動盪置評。格拉韋爾指出，2008-2009年的金融危機和新冠大流行爆發都是加拿大央行過去曾出手幹預的例子。
美元兌加元走勢，技術圖表見RSI及隨機指數正處回落，MACD指標亦告下破訊號線，預示美元兌加元將面臨較劇烈的回吐壓力。當前下方較近支撐料為25天平均線，在本週多日均見匯價剛好站於此指標上方，目前25天平均線處於1.3650，破位後延伸下試目標料為1.35及關鍵的1.3260水準，於2月份的兩個重要低位亦是止步於此，進一步關鍵指向1.30關口。至於上方阻力料為1.3850以至1.40關口。
