JPY 日圓–本周迎來美、日議息，日圓傾向維持橫盤
日圓上周變化不大。美國和日本政府周五發表聯合聲明，重申匯率應由 "市場決定"，匯率過度波動和無序變動是不可取的。但日圓周初挫跌，因日本首相石破茂宣布辭職，為日本帶來一段可能漫長的政策不確定時期。至周五美元兌日圓再為回穩，美國與日本聯合聲明強調匯率應由市場決定，並表示過度波動和無序變動是不可取的，這提振了美元走勢。不過，數據顯示，美國消費者信心在9月份連續第二個月下滑，對美元構成輕微拖累。密歇根大學周五表示，其消費者信心指數本月降至55.4，為5月以來最低，8月終值為58.2。路透調查的經濟學家此前預期為58.0，與上月基本持平。而上周四公佈的數據顯示，美國初請失業金人數出現四年來最大單周增幅。這一數據蓋過了8月消費者通脹數據的影響，後者顯示物價漲幅為七個月來最快，但整體漲幅仍屬溫和，且大致符合預期。儘管數據表現不一可能會為美聯儲本周的政策討論增添複雜性，但投資者仍主要關注降息前景。根據CME FedWatch工具，聯邦基金期貨定價顯示市場普遍認為美聯儲將在9月17日將關鍵利率下調25個基點。
美元兌日圓在過去三周多時間維持於146.50至149的區間內窄幅橫盤，而RSI及隨機指數也僅限於橫行狀態，尚未顯現出明確走向，預料美元兌日圓仍是陷於待變局面。較近阻力預料在149的200天平均線，破位可望匯價有機會再為衝高。其後阻力位看至150關口以至3月28日高位151.22，進一步料為152水準。目前支撐位回看至147及146.50，再而則為145.50以至145關口。
